All transmissions will be voice and data, and all events will be recorded for later playback on SPLTV.com

We can also insert your pre-recorded commercials. You will have to submit your footage at least 3 days prior to the broadcast so we can do any conversion, cut ins and cut outs. Commercials should not exceed 30 seconds, and can be inserted at 30 or 60 minute intervals. There is no additional cost for commercial insertion unless we are required to edit your footage prior to insertion.

The following digital video formats are supported:  .flv, .avi, .wmv, mpeg4

All of our transmissions are fed into a full Windows media server specifically designed for audio and video streaming. We DO NOT utilize an http host, which limits the number of viewers and degrades video quality.

We are able to transmit at up to DVD quality video feeds, however, most viewers are unable to watch in DVD quality due to the high bandwidth requirement, so we will broadcast at either 320 X 240 @ 30 fps or as high as 640 X 480 @ 30 fps, which is well within the bandwidth load of most cable or DSL internet viewers.

VCD recordings of your event will be made available 3 days after completion for $10 each. All footage is the property of SPLTV.com and will be watermarked with SPLTV, and any unauthorized re-broadcast or commercial display will result in legal action.
